Products Description
Stainless steel welded brackets are structural support components made of stainless steel, connected by a welding process to form a single unit using stainless steel profiles, plates, and pipes. During use, they not only possess the characteristics of stainless steel, including corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and high-temperature resistance, but also combine the high rigidity and strong load-bearing capacity of welded structures with the advantage of customization. They are core support components in industrial, construction, and residential applications. Customized stainless steel welded brackets can be designed in different sizes and shapes to meet the limitations of heavy loads and irregular shapes. If you have specific support requirements, please contact us.

Although all are made of stainless steel, when customizing stainless steel welded brackets, we can choose different stainless steel materials. Stainless steel profiles, plates, and pipes are connected together using a fusion welding process. The following materials are available:
304 Stainless Steel:
This is the most commonly used type in our customization process. It contains 18% Cr + 8% Ni, exhibiting excellent resistance to ordinary atmospheric corrosion and acid/weak alkali corrosion. No complex post-weld treatment is required, maintaining strength and cost-effectiveness. It also has the highest export volume.
304L Stainless Steel:
With a carbon content ≤0.03%, it has extremely low intergranular corrosion tendency after welding. It is suitable for large brackets and precision equipment supports where post-weld solution treatment is not possible, preventing corrosion cracking at the weld joint.
316 Stainless Steel:
This is a stainless steel material with 2%-3% Mo added to 304. Its resistance to pitting corrosion, seawater, and strong acids and alkalis is significantly improved. It has good weldability and is suitable for highly corrosive environments such as marine, chemical, and food processing industries.
201 Stainless Steel:
Contains approximately 16%-18% Cr and Ni... While its content is lower and its corrosion resistance is not as good as 304 stainless steel, it is cheaper, has good weldability, and is suitable for dry indoor environments and general load-bearing applications without corrosion.
When customizing a stainless steel welded bracket, it is essential to inform the manufacturer of the application scenario and requirements beforehand to ensure a better customization process.
Different products have different performance requirements. For stainless steel welded brackets, we need to meet requirements for load-bearing capacity, corrosion resistance, temperature resistance, and stability. The main indicators are as follows:
Load-bearing capacity:
From 0.5kg to over 1000kg, load-bearing capacity can be improved by designing the profile thickness, welding point distribution, and adjusting the bracket structure.
01
Temperature resistance range:
Stainless steel material can maintain structural strength within a range of -200℃ to 600℃, with no significant thermal deformation after welding, no risk of brittle fracture at low temperatures, and no oxidation or peeling at high temperatures.
02
Corrosion resistance rating:
Finished products undergo salt spray testing, requiring ≥1000h without red rust. Passivation treatment can improve salt spray resistance time by more than 50%.
03
Structural accuracy:
For customized stainless steel welded brackets, dimensional tolerances can be controlled within ±0.1mm to ±1mm, suitable for precision equipment installation. General-purpose bracket tolerances are ≤±2mm, meeting conventional industrial and construction requirements.
04
Surface roughness:
Brushed finish Ra≤1.6μm, mirror polished finish. Ra≤0.8μm, preventing dirt buildup and facilitating cleaning.
05
If it does not meet the above standards, it must be reworked to ensure quality before leaving the factory.
With the increasing demand in high-end fields such as chemical engineering, marine engineering, new energy, and pharmaceuticals, the usage of stainless steel welded brackets is also constantly increasing. The application of laser welding and automated welding equipment has led to continuous improvement in the precision of miniature and precision stainless steel welded brackets, adapting to precision fields and increasing the demand for non-standard working conditions. Customized irregular welded brackets have become the mainstream, gradually realizing a flexible model of "design and production on demand". Integrated equipment can reduce the installation procedures for users, thereby improving installation efficiency.
